承續三代上師在瑪南留下的傳承與心願，瑪南瑜伽母閉關園區依噶奇美多傑仁波切的願景逐步成形。經過土地取得、請法、園區規劃、細部設計與結構工程準備，這份願景終於要真正落在土地上。 Carrying forward what three generations of teachers left in Manang, Yogini Retreat Manang is taking shape from the vision of Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche. After the land, the transmission, the master plan, the detailed design and the structural preparation, that vision is finally reaching the ground.
今年 8 月，SMA 建築師團隊來到瑪南，與當地承包商及工程團隊完成施工前的現場確認與技術指導；月底，拉契多津敦珠巴滇仁波切帶領僧團來到園區，為即將展開的工程舉行破土祈福。 In August the SMA architects came to Manang and completed the on-site confirmation and technical guidance with the local contractor and build team. At the end of the month, Lapchi Dorzin Dhondup Palden Rinpoche led the sangha to the site for the ground-breaking blessing.
今年 9 至 10 月，第一項工程從 Grand Café｜齋堂 的地基開始。 Through September and October, the first work begins with the foundation of the Grand Café.
這是一個令人歡喜的起點。誠摯邀請一路關心瑪南的朋友，一起見證第一鏟落下，也一起成為這份願景開始落地的一分子。 This is a joyful beginning. We warmly invite everyone who has followed Manang to witness the first ground being broken, and to become part of this vision reaching the earth.

齋堂將是園區日常用齋、休息與相聚的重要空間。上師、閉關者與參加課程的學員會在這裡用齋；廚房也將支援閉關、課程與園區每日的飲食所需。 The Grand Café will be where the campus eats, rests and gathers each day. Teachers, retreatants and course participants will take their meals here, and the kitchen will support retreats, programmes and the daily needs of the campus.
Grand Café｜齋堂同時是第一個適合讓建築師、當地承包商與施工團隊共同走完完整施工流程的建築。從這裡開始，工程不只往上蓋，也逐步累積真正適合瑪南高山環境的施工經驗。 The Grand Café is also the first building on which the architects, the local contractor and the build team can walk through a complete construction process together. From here the work does not only rise; it accumulates real experience of building in Manang's high-altitude conditions.

SMA（Sustainable Mountain Architecture）由 Anne Feenstra 於 2013 年創立，工作室位於加德滿都谷地的 Lalitpur，專案主持為 Rebika Karki，長年於尼泊爾高山地區與國家公園執行建築計畫。創辦人 Anne Feenstra 為全球永續建築獎（Global Award for Sustainable Architecture，2012 年，巴黎）得主；團隊並於 2025 年以永續石造建築獲法國 Global Materia Award。2026 年 4 月，SMA 與噶奇美多傑仁波切於加州大學柏克萊分校共同發表本計劃第一期設計。 SMA (Sustainable Mountain Architecture) was founded in 2013 by Anne Feenstra and works from a studio in Lalitpur in the Kathmandu valley, with Rebika Karki as project lead; for many years the practice has built in Nepal's high mountains and national parks. Feenstra is a laureate of the Global Award for Sustainable Architecture (Paris, 2012), and in 2025 the team received France's Global Materia Award for sustainable stone architecture. In April 2026, SMA and Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche presented the Phase I design together at UC Berkeley.
噶奇美多傑仁波切希望在瑪南，留下一個讓人可以安住、閉關，重新與自己連結的地方。 Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche's wish is to leave in Manang a place where a person can settle, enter retreat, and reconnect with themselves.

經直貢澈贊法王親自指派，噶奇美多傑仁波切創立尼泊爾噶爾慈愛基金會，主持瑪南閉關園區計劃。當地村民以極低價讓售土地，陸續取得近一萬四千坪。 Appointed by H.H. Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang, Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche founded the Gar Jamtse Foundation to lead the project. Villagers sold the land far below market price, and close to 4.6 hectares were gradually acquired.
SMA 展開園區總體規劃；直貢澈贊法王親臨瑪南傳法並走入園區土地。這是直貢傳承八百五十年來，法王首度親臨此地。 SMA begins the master plan; H.H. Drikung Chetsang Rinpoche teaches in Manang and walks the campus land: the first visit by a Drikung throne holder in 850 years.
推進細部設計、結構工程與施工前準備，完成園區水系生態設計、餐廚交流空間與 21 間獨立閉關房的設計。 Detailed design, structural engineering and pre-construction preparation, covering the water shed, the Grand Café and the 21 retreat cottages.
噶奇美多傑仁波切受邀出席美國加州大學柏克萊分校「安娜普納山脈：跨越世代的傳承」（Annapurna: A Generational Legacy）研討活動，向學界介紹瑪南山谷的修行傳承與瑜伽母閉關園區計畫；SMA 同場發表第一期建築設計。這是本計畫首次在國際學術場合公開呈現。 Gar Tulku Chimi Dorjee Rinpoche was invited to speak at “Annapurna: A Generational Legacy” at the University of California, Berkeley, sharing the spiritual heritage of the Manang Valley and the vision for Yogini Retreat Manang, and SMA presented the Phase I design at the same event. It was the first time the project was presented at an international academic venue.

經過這麼長時間的規劃與準備，我們終於來到一直期待的這一天：瑪南瑜伽母閉關園區，要真正開始動工了。After a long journey of planning and preparation, a moment we have been waiting for has finally arrived: construction at Yogini Retreat Manang is beginning.
為了第一期工程，建築團隊專程前往瑪南，僧團也來到基地為土地祈福加持；大家在山谷裡一次次確認、討論，終於讓 Grand Café｜齋堂的地基工程正式啟動。Our architectural team made the journey to Manang, while the monastic community gathered at the site to offer prayers and blessings. Together, on the land itself, plans were reviewed, details confirmed, and the foundation work for the Grand Café was set in motion.
而就在團隊抵達、工作展開之後，尼泊爾發生嚴重洪災與山崩，多處道路與橋梁受損，交通一度十分困難。Soon afterward, severe floods and landslides struck Nepal, damaging roads and bridges and making travel across the country increasingly difficult.
回頭看，更覺得這一切得以順利成行，是如此珍貴，也令人深深感恩。Looking back, we feel especially grateful that everyone arrived safely and that this first work could begin.
今年，把地基穩穩做好

When the snow melts next spring, we continue upward
這不只是一項工程的開始，也是許多人共同守護多年的願景，第一次真正落在瑪南的土地上。It is more than the beginning of a building. It is the first time a vision held and cared for by so many people is truly taking shape on the land of Manang.

瑪南的冬天很長，而真正可以施工的季節只有一年中的幾個月。今年九月至十月，我們希望完成 Grand Café 的地基工程。這筆支持不是單純蓋一間咖啡館，它完成瑪南第一個可驗證的施工節點，讓明年雪融後可以直接向上施工。Winter in Manang is long, and only a few months each year allow major construction to move forward. This September and October, we hope to complete the Grand Café foundation. This is not simply funding a café. It completes Manang's first verifiable construction milestone and prepares the project to build upward after the spring thaw.
更重要的是，它讓整個計畫開始累積真正的施工經驗：如何在瑪南有限的施工季工作、如何與當地工班合作、如何使用材料、如何讓建築安全度過冬季，以及如何把第一個完整的施工流程帶到後續的閉關房與其他設施。More than that, it allows the project to begin accumulating real construction experience: how to work within Manang's short season, how to work with local crews, how to use the materials, how to bring a building safely through winter, and how to carry that first complete process into the retreat houses and everything that follows.

社團法人光明洲實修中心協會為依法設立之社團法人。 Oseling Meditation Center Taiwan is an association duly established under the law.
依現行所得稅相關規定，個人對依法登記或立案之教育、文化、公益、慈善機構或團體所為之捐贈，如採綜合所得稅列舉扣除方式申報，得於法定限額內列報捐贈扣除額；一般情形下，其扣除總額以不超過綜合所得總額百分之二十為限。 Under the income tax regulations currently in force, an individual who files consolidated income tax using itemised deductions may claim donations made to a registered educational, cultural, public-interest or charitable organisation within the statutory limit. In general, the total deduction may not exceed twenty per cent of consolidated gross income.
本會於確認收到捐款後，將依規定開立捐贈收據，載明捐款人姓名、捐贈金額、捐贈日期及本會統一編號（00649447）。 Upon confirming receipt of a donation, the Association will issue a receipt in accordance with the regulations, stating the donor's name, the amount donated, the date of donation and the Association's tax identification number (00649447).
紙本捐贈收據原則上於次年四月底前統一寄送。捐款人如同意由本會代為上傳捐贈資料至財政部相關系統，供年度綜合所得稅申報使用，則不另行寄送紙本收據。 Paper receipts are, in principle, sent together before the end of April of the following year. Where a donor consents to the Association uploading the donation record to the relevant Ministry of Finance system for use in the annual income tax filing, no paper receipt will be sent.
實際可申報扣除之金額、適用方式及相關申報規定，仍應以捐贈當年度有效之法令、個別申報情形及稅捐稽徵機關之最終認定為準。 The amount actually deductible, the applicable method and the related filing requirements remain subject to the laws in effect in the year of donation, the circumstances of each individual filing, and the final determination of the tax authority.
